Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2429), "since 1 January 2009, the limit of the rate of annual one-time aid granted on the occasion of 9 May to the war veterans (fighting participants, disabled veterans, and persons with great services for homeland) is defined in percentage as to the living wage of persons with lost working capacity".
The Committee upholds the legislative initiative, as it secures more efficient safeguards concerning the rate of aid.
Implementation of the Bill requires extra expenditures from the State Budget in the amount of 182,4 million UAH. Therefore, the Bill should include proper financial and economic argumentation.
